Description
Each tablespoon of this Australian-grown organic linseed contains about 1.8 grams of plant omega-3 lignans, which have been shown to have antioxidant qualities.
How To Use
It’s best to soak these for at least 10 minutes, then sprinkle them on yoghurt, fruit, add to smoothies or baked goods such as bread & cakes. Have a go at making flaxseed crackers with kelp sesame and a pinch of salt. Divine!
