Chest and respiration/ Lung health and clear breathing
Add 3 drops to a carrier oil and apply to the chest as required. For added benefits add 5 drops of Eucalyptus Australiana. Or, add 2 drops of Fennel oil to 1/4 tsp of honey and swallow. Repeat 2-3 times a day as required.

Digestion
Add 5 drops to 1ml carrier oil and massage into the stomach in a clockwise direction. Or add 2 drops to 1/4 tsp of honey and swallow after meals, as required.

Fluid balance
Add 5 drops of Fennel oil to a foot bath. For added benefit include 5 drops of Lemon essential oil. Repeat as required.

Cellulite and circulation
To improve the appearance of cellulite and support circulation, add 5 drops to a bath every other day or dilute with Sweet Almond oil and rub onto affected areas daily. For added benefit add 2 drops of Geranium oil and 2 drops of Cypress oil. Repeat daily. Healing baths should not exceed 15 minutes.
