Walnuts have the highest concentration of oil of any nut.

Our oil is full of beneficial nutrients as well as Omega 3 and Omega 6, which our bodies cannot produce, in ideal proportions. The testing on our 2024 oil shows monounsaturated fats at 17.8gm/ml and polyunsaturated fats at 65.1 gm/ml. For good reason it is called the fish oil of the land.

An oil will always reflect the product it is pressed from. Our kernel is from nuts grown in Australian soil, carefully farmed organically, Australian certified , processed on our farm and stored in cool storage at all times.
