Ziggy's Wild Strawberry Gum & Watermelon Shrub

Summer in a bottle - turn any drink into the ultimate pool side treat! Pairing the aromatic bliss of Strawberry Gum Eucalyptus leaves with freshly sliced watermelon, add in loads of zest from wild foraged bush citrus - fermented until tangy, and then perfectly balanced with local Bellingen honey. Simply pour 20ml over ice, add 200ml soda water & top with fresh mint to serve. Spike with gin if so inclined!
