All Purpose Gluten Free Baking Flour is made from low allergen, wholefood, minimally processed ingredients, and has no added nasties.

Made with Australian grown stone-milled sorghum flour, sunflower seeds, brown rice, chia seed and chickpeas, it is naturally free of gluten and is packed with gut friendly prebiotic fibres. It is also a rich source of protein, iron, zinc, Vitamin E, B vitamins and antioxidants.

No added colours, flavours, preservatives, gums or refined starches.

This versatile flour can be used to replace regular flour cup for cup in all your baking needs. Mild but delicious, slightly nutty taste perfectly suitable for sweet and savoury recipes!
