Calm
Add 10 drops to a diffuser. Repeat as required.

Bladder health
Add 10 drops to a sitz bath or bath. Or, apply 2-3 drops to the lower abdomen pure or by mixing with oil or Untouched Body Cream. Repeat at least for 3 days and as required. Healing baths should not exceed 15 minutes.

Skin appearance
Add 3 drops to 1 tsp massage balm or to moisturiser. Repeat as required.
