Skin - general toning
To hydrate and improve the appearance of the skin, add 5 drops to 1ml of Untouched Body Lotion. Apply daily. The scent may be enhanced by blending with Cypress, Geranium, Orange Sweet or Cedarwood Atlas.

Skin toning
To improve the appearance and tone of the skin, add 5 drops to 5ml of Untouched Body Lotion. Apply daily. The scent may be enhanced by blending with Cypress, Geranium, Orange Sweet or Cedarwood Atlas.

Healthy feet
Add 4-5 drops to 1 tsp of talcum powder, mix and place in your socks to protect the skin. Add 5 drops of Peppermint to further enhance the effect and scent.

Gardener's hands and cracked heels
Add 3-5 drops to half a teaspoon of Untouched Body Cream and massage into affected areas. Repeat daily. You may also add 1-2 drops directly into the crack of the heel for an immediate effect.

Mood support - confidence
Add 5 drops to the bath once a week and 3 drops to the diffuser every other day. Blend with Lime for greater effect. Healing baths should not exceed 15 minutes.
