Congestion support
Add 1-5 drops to a diffuser in child’s room, refresh every 2 hours as needed.
Add 1-2 drops to bedding or clothing.

Clear lungs
Add 1-3 drops to 1/4 teaspoon almond oil and apply to soles of feet or chest (6 months and up).
Alternatively use Chest Care, already professionally formulated and ready for application.

Immune system and allergy support
Add 1-5 drops to 1/2 cup of milk and then add to bath water, repeat daily. Healing baths should not exceed 15 minutes.
